| Excellent service. I had a breakdown on my way home to Ohio and didn't know any auto repair shops in Kingsport. I called Kingsport Tire and Auto and they told me to come on over and they would check it out. I thought it would be an overnight stay but they found the problem and corrected it having me on my way in just two hours. I was very impressed with their service and glad to have found them when I did! |

| Outstanding response and service. The service staff was able to turn around an order for Michelin MXM4?s and have them available overnight, and we were on our way with an alignment and new tires in 24 hours. Less than 90 minutes in the waiting room while the installation was accomplished, and the facility is clean and spotless. Strongly recommend this business. |

| I had my brakes done there several months ago and the service and everything was good. Then after about ten thousand miles, you did them again and again and again. The last time you turned the front routers. You didn?t charge me for redoing them because of the warranty. I appreciate that, but they shouldn?t have to be done so often. I?ve always got 50 to 70 thousand miles on a set of brakes or more. I asked the salesman why. He said foreign countries were getting the good steel and America a lesser quality. That tells me you?re using inferior quality products to do the brakes. Others I?ve asked still are getting 70 plus with their vehicles. The approximately three hours sitting there every 3-4 months is a waste of my time. No charge is expected, but I?m still disappointed. The friendly service and everyone apologizing isn?t enough. |

| I had an appointment scheduled 5 days prior to drop off. I dropped the car off the night before since I had a 730am appointment to have 2 new tires to be installed. I called around 1030 am to find the status and the car still has not been in the bay. From the conversation I believe a walk in was being done before a scheduled appointment. I received a call after 140 on that the car was done. Does not take this long to change 2 tires. I done this work in the past and very knowledgeable about the process. I am new to Kingdport but long time customer of goodyear. This was not a good first impression or experience. |

| Someone forgot to check my fluids, I had to buy and add Windshield cleaning fluid. I just hope the air filter and cabin filter was checked, and other fluids were CHECKED. This is UNEXCEIPTABLE. |
